By using this site, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the site as an employee or representative of another legal entity, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or on behalf of that entity.

The "Speero" website is operated by Speero Saudi Information Technology Company, hereinafter referred to as "Speero," "we," "us," or "our," a Saudi company registered under Commercial Registration No.: 1010535274, Tax No.: 310243769200003.
Service Provided by the Site
The Speero site manages a business that includes pricing and selling products, offering support services, and providing delivery services. Orders for various products can be made through it. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the details of this agreement and the pricing details. An order is not considered ready for delivery or confirmed until confirmed by the client. When a customer decides to purchase a product from the site, the resulting legal contract is between Speero and the client and must contain terms governing this agreement. Upon delivery of the product following client confirmation, the customer receives an invoice detailing the sold product.
Access to the Site
You are responsible for making all arrangements to access the site, as well as for:
- Keeping any passwords for this site confidential, not disclosing them to any third party.
- Any use through your username, password, or email (except uses by our site administrators).
Additionally, we reserve the right to:
- Restrict access to the site or suspend accounts at any time for any reason at our discretion, including maintenance or site development.
- Occasionally restrict access to parts of the site or the entire site for registered users (registered users only).
- If any user violates or is suspected of violating any of these terms, we have the right to immediately and without notice terminate their access to this site or part of it.
Unauthorized Use of the Site
You may not use the site in an unlawful or unauthorized manner, introduce viruses or other harmful software, disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access to the site, or the server on which the site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the site.
Virus Protection
Speero takes extensive measures for scanning, testing, and protection, but we bear no responsibility for any virus attack or other harmful technology that causes loss or interruption or damages your data or computer system that may occur during site use.
Disclaimer of Liability
- At Speero, we make every effort to ensure the prices offered to customers are competitive and accurate, but we cannot guarantee they are the lowest prices. Service providers and vendors may adjust prices after a certain time, and users use this information at their discretion. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free site operation.
- The accuracy of product data displayed on the application is the full responsibility of the product or service provider, offering pricing and selling automotive parts services.
- Under no circumstances does Speero accept responsibility for the quality or accuracy of price data provided by suppliers or auto parts vendors or any consequences thereof.
- Speero is not responsible for any acts, conduct, behavior, or negligence by suppliers and auto parts vendors.
- Any complaints, objections, or legal claims should be directed at the suppliers and vendors.
Information About You and Your Visits to the Site
We may collect and process information about you when you use this site according to our privacy policy. By using this site, you agree to this.
Submitting Purchase Orders:
- Product delivery may be delayed by more than three days based on item availability with the vendor or shipping companies. We will inform the customer beforehand.
- We strive to maintain the quoted purchase price, but prices may vary due to reasons like an alternative product specification or changes requested by the client. Our team will notify the client of any price difference, with no entitlement to compensation if the price changes post-order.
- All purchase prices exclude any applicable delivery charges, which are added to the total cost in the final invoice.
- All refunds are processed electronically.
- Automatic pricing may have a minor chance of unavailability due to inventory delays with the vendor. We will notify the client of changes within 24 hours, with no obligation for Speero or vendors to complete the sale.
- Speero reserves the right to refuse or cancel any purchase for any reason, at any time, without providing a reason to the client or any other party.
- Speero is not liable for any transactions or agreements made outside the site or app; it is not responsible for transfers outside its official accounts listed on the site and app.
- Personal information may be securely retained to facilitate future orders and will be used only according to the privacy policy.
- If you request an item unavailable locally, you are responsible for complying with applicable Saudi laws regarding importation and for paying any related fees or taxes.
- Upon purchasing, we send the client a payment receipt via email.
- We send the tax invoice after shipping the order or after completing a pricing service.
Shipping and Risks
- Clients must provide Speero's delivery personnel with the correct and complete address; Speero is not liable for errors in recorded addresses.
- Every effort is made to ship orders within agreed timelines. However, Speero holds no responsibility for delivery delays in circumstances beyond our control.
- Ownership of the product transfers to the buyer once shipped, and Speero retains ownership until then. After this time, the buyer may claim refunds according to the cancellation and return policy.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery; no refund is due unless specified by the cancellation and return policy.
- Shipping charges are variable by item type. We offer clients the freedom to choose a shipping provider and notify them of the estimated cost beforehand.
- If a pre-paid order is returned by the shipping company to our warehouse, the client must pay an additional shipping fee for re-shipment within two months of the original order date.
- If a pre-paid order is returned and two months pass with no client response after multiple communication attempts, Speero is not liable for the order.
Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
Order Cancellation Before Product Shipment
- Speero must notify the client immediately if any vendor fails to fulfill the order or if prices differ significantly.
- Speero has no obligation to compensate the buyer except for the paid order value.
- Special-order items from dealers or outside Saudi Arabia cannot be canceled once the client agrees, and administrative fees may apply if the vendor agrees to cancel.
- In case of price differences, the buyer must pay the difference to begin preparation and shipping.
- For items ordered from overseas, a cancellation fee of at least 15% of the total or 150 SAR (minimum) applies if the client insists on canceling after vendor agreement.
- Products are listed by multiple vendors at different prices; if stock runs out, we will notify the client and offer similar items from other vendors.
Replacement and Returns After Product Shipment
- If the item sent is accurate based on the client’s request or vehicle’s chassis number, the client may not request a replacement or return.
- If a return is approved, the refund will be the product price minus shipping fees.
- A product image must be sent within three days of receipt; otherwise, the return or replacement request is canceled.
- If the wrong or unusable item is sent, the client may request a replacement or return within seven days of receipt.
- Speero has no obligation to compensate beyond the order amount paid by the buyer.
- Vendors bear no extra fees for item preparation errors.
- If the item is delayed beyond 24 hours after notifying customer service, the return or replacement request is canceled.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- The client bears any damage if not returned in original packaging.
- If the item is returned to Speero in a condition different from its original state, Speero may refuse the return or replacement request.
Pricing Service Requests
- If the requested item is unavailable for pricing, the paid amount will be refunded to the card used for the pricing request.
- If a price quote is provided, the client has three business days to dispute the price.
- If the client does not dispute the quoted price within three business days and does not purchase the item at the quoted price, the pricing fee becomes non-refundable for the pricing service provided by Speero.
- Paid amounts for quoted requests expire three days after the notification, with no further claim allowed beyond this period.
Refund Period for Return Requests
- Refunds will be processed electronically within three to five business days after receiving returned items from the client in good condition.
Return Processing Times
- For Mada/credit card payments, the refund request will be submitted to the bank on the same card used, which may take 7 to 21 business days to reflect in the client’s bank statement, depending on banking procedures.
Terms and Conditions for Car Services
- All prices and services listed on the site include VAT.
- Speero does not guarantee the quality of goods or services provided by service providers.
- The prices provided by vendors are verified before publishing on Speero’s platform; Speero is not responsible for any discrepancies due to market fluctuations post-publication.
- The code to redeem services belongs to the holder, and the client is responsible for safeguarding it and sharing it only with the service provider.
- All offers are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
- The client cannot request a refund after the service has expired if unused.
- It is recommended to contact the service center and schedule an appointment in advance. Centers reserve the right to reschedule as needed.
- Service providers are fully responsible for invoicing services to clients.
- The service listed in the offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Centers have the right to assess and determine vehicle specifications, and clients should purchase the appropriate offer for their vehicle specifications.
- If a client buys an offer incompatible with their vehicle, they are not entitled to a replacement or refund.
- Clients cannot resell vouchers.
- Vouchers are non-refundable in cash.
- Vouchers are for one-time use only.
- Offers are subject to availability.
Claims and Disputes
- Any claims or disputes arising from using the "Speero" site are subject to the laws, courts, and relevant committees within Saudi Arabia for resolution.
Terms and Conditions for Reward Points
Reward Points Transfer
- "Mokafaa" is Al Rajhi Bank's loyalty program, allowing you to earn points when making purchases with Al Rajhi products.

Earning Reward Points
- You earn 8 Reward Points for every SAR spent on car services.
- You earn 4 Reward Points for every SAR spent on spare parts and accessories.
- Reward points cannot be earned for the Spare Parts Pricing Service (Sar Lee).
- You may enter your Mokafaa-registered number in the cart page if it differs from your Speero application number.
- Points are not earned if paid via "Tabby" or "Wallet."
- You must be registered with Al Rajhi’s Mokafaa program to earn reward points.
- Point validity follows the Mokafaa program’s terms.
- Points are credited within one business day post-service for car services and 15 days post-shipment for spare parts and accessories.
- If points are not received within five days of eligibility, please contact customer service.
- If an order is canceled or item returned, points will not be earned for that transaction.
- Speero and Al Rajhi Bank reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at their discretion.
- Other terms and conditions of Speero and Al Rajhi Bank apply.
Redeeming Reward Points
- To use Al Rajhi Mokafaa points, clients can pay for their order entirely or partially by redeeming points.
- During payment, clients enter their Mokafaa-registered mobile number, receiving an SMS with available balance and a verification code to confirm the amount to redeem.
- Once confirmed, clients have 30 minutes to complete payment, or points will be returned.
- Clients can remove redeemed points, which will be returned to their Mokafaa balance.
- Once redeemed and payment is complete, clients cannot request to return points for any reason or exchange them for other rewards.
- In the case of a canceled order, the redeemed points return to the client’s wallet, valid for one year (12 months).
- If cancellation is initiated by either Speero or the client, points are only refundable to the client’s wallet and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points cannot be redeemed for pricing requests.
- Points cannot be combined with buy-now, pay-later services.
- New points cannot be earned on amounts paid with redeemed points.
- Speero and Al Rajhi Bank reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at their discretion.
